We provide two solutions for your dock leveler:

This power unit center block is composed of sequence valve, relief valve, check valve, pilot check valves.  Relief valve can prevent hydraulic power unit pressure overload;  The sequence valve and the check valve can realize the sequence action of the main deck and lip plate in the process of rising;  The sequence valve and the pilot check valve can realize the main deck and lip plate descending process successively action.  The manifold group is mainly used for the floating dock leveler, and the whole system can be controlled with only one button.

The hydraulic dock leveler power unit manifold block has sequence valve, relief valve, check valve,  pilot check valve, normally open center cartridge solenoid valve, and throttle rod.  The function is basically the same as the first one, except that the normally open two-position two-way cartridge solenoid valve can provide an emergency stop on the main deck and lip plate during descent.
